Team Maturity Assessment


      This assessment was developed as a tool to help team leaders and team members assess the maturity level of their group. We will ask a series of 67 questions divided into 7 categories. Please answer every question.

Instructions

      To fill out the assessment, think back over the last 6 months and determine the amount of time each statement accurately describes your team during that period. If the statement was almost never accurate, you would click on the radio button which corresponds to Almost Never. If, however, you felt the statement was accurate nearly all the time during the last 6 months you would click the radio button which corresponds to Always.
